A young portrait artist whose work combines realism and attention to detail. Currently studying A-levels, Via discovered oil painting just over a year ago and quickly fell in love with the medium. Her portraits explore colour, light, texture and the tiny details that make a face personal. She has a particular talent for capturing likeness. Her work often focuses closely on the human face and emotions.
She won the Attenborough Award twice at the Open Exhibition at New Walk Museum and Art Gallery and in 2026 was awarded Young Artist of the Year Lord Lieutenant Award and selected as a prize-winner for the Royal Academy of Arts Summer Youth Exhibition. Her portrait of Sir David Attenborough has also received recognition at the Sock Gallery in Loughborough. Still at the beginning of her journey, Via is constantly watching her art develop.
